Service Concierge

The Jimmy Britt Chrysler Jeep Dodge Ram is a family oriented company dedicated to our employees and customers. We are seeking a Service Concierge for our Service Department who is reliable, friendly, and able to assist our service team with the greeting of customers, the transporting of vehicles around our dealership, and maintaining the organization of our service department.

Responsibilities:

• Assist in greeting new customers in our service lane
• Present customer vehicles after maintenance to ensure it is in a satisfactory condition for our clients
• Driving customer and dealership automobiles in and out of the service lane and shop
• Help maintain service lane and lot appearance
• Help maintain a safe and organized workspace
• Communicate with Management regarding vehicle condition and re-conditioning needed
• Oversee the inspection of vehicle condition prior to returning it to customers
• Ensure vehicles are washed/gassed as needed
• Follow all safety and security procedures
• Perform other duties as requested

Requirements:

• Driver’s License with clean driving record
• Professional, well-groomed personal appearance.
• High school diploma or GED preferred
• Quality communication skills
• Ability to drive both automatic and manual transmission vehicles
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Dependable, respectful, friendly, and logical
• Willing to submit to a pre-employment background check & drug screen
